Which platforms do you support?

iPhone and iPad. On iPad lists and details open side by side. The Android app is coming soon to Google Play.

Does it work offline in the garage?

Yes. Without signal you can create clients and orders, change status, payment, deposit or mechanic, and browse recent orders. Everything syncs automatically when the connection is back.

How do maintenance reminders work?

With Pro, Pit Box tracks jobs like oil, filters and brake pads in each car's service book and estimates the next one by mileage or time, whichever comes first. You can adjust intervals, text the client a reminder, and the owner gets a weekly push with cars due for service.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes, with Pro. Invite mechanics, assign orders and choose what each role can see. Mechanics get a push when a job is assigned to them.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. The owner can export clients and cars to CSV on any plan. With Pro you can also export any car's service book to Excel or CSV to open in Google Sheets or hand to the client. Every order can be shared as a PDF invoice.

What does Contacts sync do?

With Pro, your shop's clients appear in your phone's Contacts as "Name · Car" in a separate Pit Box group, so you see who's calling in the Phone app and in messengers. Numbers you already have are skipped and your personal contacts are never changed. Turn it off and the clients' contacts can be removed in one tap.

Will it stay free?

The Free plan stays free for a solo mechanic. Pro adds the team, service reminders, full analytics and more, and launches in an upcoming update.
