Delete your Pit Box account
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This page explains how to delete your account in Pit Box, the auto shop app by Mykhailo Dudar, and what happens to your data. It applies to the iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
In the app
- Open Pit Box and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete for good.
If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Face ID or your Apple ID password, and we also revoke Pit Box's access to your Apple ID.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email hello@pit-box.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, sign-in methods and settings.
- If you own a garage: the garage and all of its data, including clients, cars, orders, service books, photos, logo and team. To keep the garage, transfer it to a mechanic first: Overview → a mechanic → Transfer garage.
- If you are a mechanic in someone else's garage: your account. The clients and orders you created stay with that garage, because they belong to it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: deleted data disappears from our backups within 30 days.
- Server logs: kept for up to 30 days.
- Nothing else is kept after deletion. Deletion can't be undone.
